Steve Gallagher is a Sussex-based photographer who focuses on seascapes and floral portraits. His intricate and skilfully composed photographs bring out detail, drama and richness in large format pictures to arresting effect. Having transitioned from people to nature as core subjects over his photographic career, his work reflects inspiration from Irving Penn, Nick Knight, and JMW Turner.

Fire Within - Lenticular edition :
Fire Within is a professionally produced lenticular 3d image using minuscule optical prisms to create movement. This technique gives the image an impressive three-dimensional depth. The framed size of the photo is an impressive 95 x 95 cm adding to the immersive feel of the artwork. The print is box framed using non-reflective art glass in a custom wood frame. It was also featured in a recent ROSA magazine as 'Art to Buy'

Convergence No. 1 :
Convergence No. 1 is a professionally produced glass print. The photograph is printed on 4mm toughened low iron with polished edges. Then suspended in a box frame with a white textured matte paper used as the background. White does not print as an ink so is rendered transparent allowing the colourful petals to create a shadows onto the white background.
