Jane Fox’s practice weaves drawing, print, found materials, walking, installation and sound. Recent work returns to drawing as a way of marking and connecting. Focussing on the Sussex Chalk Downland, Fox is interested in engaging landscape as an active agent – an experience of being amongst and traversing back and forth, as she explores ideas of belonging, impermanence and shifts in time.
